The core pillar of KSP2 is building and flying cool rockets. TLDR: Slightly improved launch, but the rest still has a ways to go.“More than anything else, we cannot wait for players to build, fly, crash, and fly again! Retrograde vector was pointing straight down but it was pretty clear that there was still a lot of horizontal velocity there and I wound up tipping over. It's not quite as bad as the 5x input delay I got at Mun, but it was still bad enough that my vectors weren't updating in a timely matter, even when I pointed the camera away from the horizon. My Kerbals are alive, but within 1000-500m of the surface my instruments stopped updating properly. I'll say this much at least, the landing OST for Minmus goes way harder than Mun, which is nice considering that I like going to Minmus more than Mun. Dedicated GPU RAM is maxed out and am starting to dg into shared GPU memory by around 1GB. Still getting some stutter, but at least am able to see the horizon a bit and still have decent control. On launch things went a bit smoother, and while GPU is still almost maxed out this feels more playable than my Mun mission from a few days ago.Įdit1: Made it to 15x15 Minmus orbit. I also noticed Verbose Logging in the same json, so I've disabled that too. I have an RX580 4GB, so I'll mount the mission now with Task Manager up in another window and update as I go along. Send us a message with proof, and we'll give you some flair to show it!
